The head of the CEC Ella Pamfilova, in response, stated that it was not the competence of the Central Election Commission to decide whether the sentence is unlawful, to which Alexei Navalny replied that the CEC has the right to independently decide on the admission or prevention of candidates. Moreover, dear friends, I want to note that you, please, have no right to even say the words "International Convention" or "European Court", because there was a special decision to verify how the Russian Federation fulfills the decisions "Navalny against Russia". And there was a special decision, legally recorded, which should be made by Russia, that the state of the Russian Federation did not fulfill the decision of the European Court. And there it is separately prescribed that Alexei Navalny should be allowed to the election. Because everyone is quite obvious, and you do not need to pretend that you do not understand this that these cases were fabricated in order not to let me go to the elections. This is the whole design. And this is quite obvious to everyone!

You will make a decision against those 16 thousand people who have nominated me yesterday, against those 200 thousand volunteers who have been working in the election campaign for a year, and against those millions of people who require, turn to you during the year and say a simple thing: "We demand the admission of the Navalny for the elections!" And the point is not in Navalny, but the fact is that you need a candidate who will finally come to the polls and say everything that is happening in our country in direct text, describes our reality-lack of prospects, poverty, and so on-direct text! I did it. And that is why you do not want to let me into the polls. Concluding, I want to tell you again. You are not robots! It seems, I look, quite living people. Everyone can touch - pink, well -fed. You are an independent organ! I understand everything that happens in my head, I understand the complexity of your situation. But, probably, once in a life you can do some normal act, not even heroic! No one is with your gun at the temple. A simple thing based on the law can be done not for me, but in order to fulfill your function in the election commission. You spend your life on these elections, and it turns out that you spend your life on not letting someone not to let someone! You can do the right thing once in your life. Make it!

In 2013, the court sentenced Navalny in the Kirovles case to five years of conditional imprisonment. The ECHR recognized this sentence illegal. - At the same time, Navalny announced the All -Russian voter strike, called to the boycott of the elections. Can this call develop into a certain movement, into some kind of mass flash mob, into mass activity, which will somehow affect the elected process?

- Yes, of course. I myself was previously a supporter of the boycott of the past elections of the president and past, the latest elections to the State Duma and I believe that this is the only correct move now. Because, in fact, our turnout will apparently be extremely small. This clearly makes power be nervous. And then there is a call to ensure that the most active part of society does not come to these elections! And I hope he will be perceived. This is significant! Because it is the undermining of the legitimacy of power when it is chosen by the minority, well, or a very small majority.
