Early March 2014. Not everyone understands that the war has already begun. After the victory of the revolution in Kyiv, the Maidanists are eager to defend Crimea, where the referendum is declared. There is a real hunt for Ukrainian activists: abduction, beating, torture.

Within the framework of the Special Project "The Losses for Crimea", two more stories were published: two workers from the Rivne region and Avtomaidan, a former SBU employee.

“We won in Kyiv - we will win in the Crimea,” Valery Vashchuk said to the commander of the 40th hundred Self -defense of the Maidan a few days before the trip. Since then, the centurion has not seen his fighter. Together with Comrade Vashchuk, he left Kyiv by train and disappeared at the Simferopolsky station, where the Crimean Self -Defense was already operating with might and main, and the police went over to the side of the invaders. At the station they were supposed to meet the "coordinator". Who and why organized the Maidan’s trip to the Crimea ?

From the first days of the occupation, Vasily Chernysh shot "green men" on the video, entered with them to skirmishes, went to the rally to the monument to Taras Shevchenko, spoke only in Ukrainian. Six months before the beginning of the Maidan, Chernysh was dismissed from the Sevastopol Directorate of the SBU. Is this conflict related to its disappearance?
