For many years we postponed the beginning of work with Strasbourg, focusing on Russian investigators and courts. Almost everything succeeded here, but two trends were gradually identified - (1), things were accumulated by which we did not break the situation within the country, and (2) the system itself crawled into the nonsense of hopelessness.

The first complaints in the ECHR from Agora flew in 2009, the first years were sent in the top ten. We undertook a strong jerk only in 2015, when 53 complaints went to Strasbourg. The same amount was sent last year.

To date, 431 of our applicant are in the production of the ECHR. Of these, more than half - 230 - added this year.

Most of all - 26 - applies to precisely participants in protest promotions. In each business, as a rule, several people. In 102 of them, the participants in the action against corruption on March 26 of 12 cities (here we had to sweat, we did not digest it). Only from Nizhny Novgorod to Strasbourg a group of 36 applicants punished for the rally in March went to Strasbourg. 20 protesters and served arrests went from Krasnodar.

In the second place of the case, the prison are 16 - these are complaints about medicine, the remoteness of serving a sentence, conditions of detention.

7 new affairs about torture in the police became in our ECHR. Political criminal cases, including Alexander Belov-Potkin and Ruslan Sokolovsky. Two new foreign agents, 6 extremists, as many prisoners.

103 cases as of January 1, 2018 passed communication. There are 24 complaints of foreign agents, a group of cases of extremism, torture in the police, medicine in prison, Navalny, a voice, Pussy Riot, swamps.

The court in our cases made 12 decisions, recovered 226,000 euros. Almost half of the amount received the families of two men outlined in the police - Denis Rotzhikovsky (60k euros) and Zhavdat Khairullin (48k euros).

For 2016 and 2017, in favor of the applicants of the ECHR, it awarded about 30 million rubles in our affairs. In the coming year, we are waiting for a breakthrough by the number of decisions. We will open a new direction for us - work on the implementation of decisions. The cleaning report is preparing to strangle the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Penitentiary Service, the courts.
