What long -term construction holders have been waiting for more than nine years

In December, in St. Petersburg they completed the construction of the residential complex “House by the lake”, which was started to erect 13 years ago. In total, in 2017, 31 long -construction were handed over in the city. For two years, the construction committee hopes to populate another 41 house from the “problematic” list.

“Paper” recalls ten residential complexes in Kupchin, Metallostroia and Okhta, the discoveries of which deceived equity holders have been waiting for more than nine years.

One of the most famous long-term construction in St. Petersburg-Okhta-Modern on Bolsheokhtinsky Prospekt-began to be built in 2003. The developer Ivi-93 went bankrupt, as well as the construction of Baltzhilinvest LLC. In 2014, Okhta-Modern shareholders even arranged a hunger strike. The developer "Peter-Konstakshen" by 2016 also did not fulfill the obligations to pass the long-term construction to Smolny. Now, according to Fontanka, the houses are 80–90 %ready, but in December it became known that the current developer also went bankrupt .

For about 13 years, the Svetlana residential complex was built at the intersection of Zelenogorsk and Bogatyrsky Prospekt Street, but the interest holders did not conduct noticeable activity in social networks and the media.

The construction of a house on Krasny Voenletov Street in Gatchina began in 2005. In relation to this house, the Russian Arbitration Court for the first time applied an amendment in the Law “On Bankruptcy”, which allows to transfer the rights of the developer to the cooperative of equity holders. True, the equity holders could not complete the house there, and in September the Leningrad Region administration entered into an agreement with the KVS group of companies, which should hand over the facility for one and a half to two years.

The London Park residential complex on the Prospection Avenue began to be built in 2007 and planned to complete the work in two years, but the construction stretched for ten years. Only in December, the L1 company rented apartments of the first stage. All houses are expected to be rented only by the 4th quarter of 2023.

On Dvinskaya Street in 2008, they began to build a residential complex “Yekaterinhof”, which is now called the LCD “Panorama of the Gulf” (the windows of the houses reach the Gulf of Finland). The developer of CJSC Trust-102 for a long time did not start work, the deadlines moved. Now, with the participation of the Alliance Construction Company, to complete the Panorama Gulf of Panorama is gathering in the second quarter of 2018.

The LCD "House with fireplace" on Marshal Zhukov Avenue began to be built back in 1997 and completely passed the complex only in 2014. At the same time, equity holders, whose apartments sold twice, continue to sue the developer.

In the village of Metallostroy LCD “House by Lake” they promised to be handed over in 2008, but the interest holders received the keys to the apartments only in December 2017. Construction began in 2004.

Another LCD, which was able to surrender only in 2017, is the Polustovo Crystal on Marshal Tukhachevsky Street. The work took 13 years, for which they managed to freeze the construction and transfer several times.

Work on the long -term construction on Institutskaya Prospekt, which was started to build in 2003, for a long time were not conducted at all. In 2010, the construction was entrusted with the cooperative of equity holders - he brought it to the end in 2014.

Cassiopeia residential complex in Kupchin began to be built in 2003 and were going to finish three years later. In 2007, the construction site was frozen, a year later the city broke an agreement with an investor who, for another one and a half years, unsuccessfully defended the right to Cassiopeu in court. It was possible to finish construction only in 2013.
