In the penultimate week of the outgoing year, an elderly woman was found on the street of Domodedov. As the coordinators of Lisa Alert managed to find out, the woman was traveling in Russia - she flew from Uzbekistan to Belorussia to her son, but, having passed from an airplane at the Moscow airport, she disappeared. She was found without documents and with traces of terrible beatings

On the night of December 19 to 20, a young man Marat, a resident of the city of Domodedov, called a resident of Domodedov on the telephone of the hotline of the search and rescue organization “Lisa Alert”. Marat said that in the courtyard of his house, on Naberezhnaya Street, he found a brutally beaten elderly woman: she refused to go somewhere with Marat, and her speech was illegible and confused, she clearly spoke “Uzbekistan” and called her name-Nella Stepanovna Chevtaeva. After Marat sent photos, Tatyana’s volunteer Lisa Alerta realized that things were bad, and on her own initiative she went to Domodedovo.

Tatyana volunteer Tatyana arrived to the embankment to Marat and Nella Stepanovna, they were waiting for her in the entrance of the house - Marat was still able to convince the elderly woman to leave the street to the warmth. But he could not convince the police to come, by the arrival of Tatyana the police had been waiting for the third hour. A more experienced volunteer “Lisa Alert” began to duplicate the calls to the police, but these attempts were unsuccessful. Then trump cards were used. Tatyana called the helpline of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and - Oh a miracle! - After 10 minutes, the police were in place. Nell Stepanovna was plunged into a police officer UAZ with a battle and went to the department, where it turned out that this was not the first time to find her. On December 16, the elderly woman was already selected - on the Domodedovo highway near the GAI post, about one and a half kilometers from the Domodedovo Airport - then she, beaten and with obvious memory violations, was brought to the police department, from where she quietly left. Again on the street. On December 19, in the morning, passers -by found her in a snowdrift under a fence of a private house, called an ambulance, on which Nell Stepanovna was brought to the city clinical hospital. Doctors released a woman even easier than police officers - without conducting any examinations, only took a receipt from her that she was responsible for her health herself.

Tatyana received this information from the operative, who accepted the statement with Nella Stepanovna: “A good young man, quickly imbued with our story and did that he could - did not leave us in the department, he hardly persuaded the city psychiatric hospital to shelter our grandmother,” the volunteer says. The hospital really promised to accept a pensioner, they sent an ambulance from there. While the doctors were driving, Tatyana tried to achieve at least some information from her grandmother and succeeded: Nella Stepanovna remembered the names of both her sons, even said that "son Andrei lives where they plant potatoes."

The ambulance arrived, and the doctors immediately began to swear: to Tatyana, so that “it was nafig”, to her grandmother for not wanting to go, all over the white light for calling them. Tatyana tried to explain that their task was only to bring Nella Stepanovna to the hospital, with whom they had already agreed with everything, but the crew of the ambulance clutched for a straw in his attempts not to accept a call - they began to prove that an elderly woman is a homeless person.

“This is not the first time I find people, I began to explain: my grandmother has cut nails, relatively clean clothes. Again, the lack of a characteristic smell and pediculosis - everything said that she was not a homeless person, but a loss, ”Tatyana retells her arguments. The arguments, however, did not arrange an ambulance: “What are you telling me, girl, I have been working for 30 years and I know - this is a homeless person. Let her go out into the street, she does not want to go to the hospital, and the hospital does not want her, ”the doctor did not calm down.

The share of truth was in this. Nella Stepanovna continued to be capricious and not to want to go to the hospital, and the ambulance was not from her hand to mess with a woman without documents, a policy and almost without memory. But in the end, already in Deep at night, Tatyana with a battle put an elderly woman in the car, leaving her number more adequate ambulance employee. Which said that by seven in the morning Nell Stepanovna was hospitalized and issued.

By this time, Tatyana found both sons of an elderly woman through VKontakte, son Andrei really found him, “where they plant potatoes” in Belarus. With it, it was possible to restore the background: Nella Stepanovna lived in Uzbekistan, in the city of Bukhara, from where she moved to Belarus to her son. The woman’s road lay through Domodedovo, from where she was supposed to get to Moscow and take a train or bus to Belarusia. Andrei was waiting for her on the 15th, but his mother did not come either on the 16th or the 17th. Then relatives began to anxiety, went to write a statement about the loss of a person. Already at this stage they hinted that no one would deal with “international loss” and they will not look for Nell Stepanovna. The last time she got in touch on December 15, when she landed in Domodedovo, which was reported to Andrei. Sons no longer heard anything about her.

After the volunteers of Lisa Alert contacted them, the native Nells Stepanovna went to Moscow-first the 20-year-old grandson of the woman Vladislav, then his father, the son of Nella Stepanovna Andrei-a disabled person, he came to Moscow on the crutches. Lisa Alert employees met him and settled in the hostel of the city of Domodedov. At this moment, a new misfortune was discovered: the physical condition of Nella Stepanovna, after the beatings, turned out to be so serious that she was mandatory from a psychiatric hospital to a department of traumatology, to the very clinical hospital from which Nella Stepanovna had already run away. This news frightened Tatyana: “There will be no such supervision in the clinical hospital for my grandmother, it would be impossible to take it from psychiatry so easy to take and leave,” the girl understands.

But by the time of transfer to another hospital, the grandmother had already recovered and left an attempt to run away from the doctors - besides, she was visited by her grandson who arrived from Belarus, whom she immediately recognized, despite the fact that her memory was not fully returned: Nella Stepanovna is sure that in the yard 1984, but attacked her when she was going home from work. Vlad wanted to take her grandmother home to Belarus, but there wasn’t there: a woman has no documents, it is impossible to take her from the country. “Three months in our case, this is a lot! - says Tatyana, who is not so easy to throw this story. - What to do these three months is not entirely clear. Vlad in complete prostration, he cannot stick out for three months, he must return home and work. His father Andrei is on crutches, will he not overtake the thresholds of embassies? "

But the difficulties do not end there. The head doctor said that he did not intend to keep her grandmother without a policy in the hospital and was ready to send her to the street immediately. The doctor estimated the treatment of a woman without a policy at 2700 rubles per day. “We were still offered to pay the first days of her stay, but of course we refused them with the words that they were stunned, and the grandmother came to them, actually,” Tatyana is indignant. But over the next day I had to pay the indicated amount. Tatyana turned to the city administration for support, contacted the deputy head of the administration on the issue of social protection of the population, Irina Konstantinovna Volkodaeva - with a request to influence the head physician of the city hospital. “She told me that the doctor is impregnable and she couldn’t do anything, he answered her directly that the woman is healthy and does not need medical care. After such a beating? He did not even make any tests, did not check her condition! " - Tatyana continues to be indignant.

Then there was a series of difficult negotiations on the transfer of Nella Stepanovna back to a psychiatric hospital: Tatyana with the administration in the person of Irina Volkodaeva - Volkodaeva with the head doctor of the psychiatric hospital of the city - and, at the end, the head physician of the psychiatric hospital of the city with the head physician of the clinical. The latter had to discuss how safely to determine a harshly beaten woman in a psychiatric department and whether she needed special treatment. “She does not need anything, with the dementia of the grandmother and wonderful, to the fools to her,” the chief physician of the clinical hospital argued his position.

So Nella Stepanovna was again in a psychiatric hospital. “My conscience is pure, I didn’t demand a healthy woman to the hospital, our grandmother is obviously unhealthy - both physically and mentally. Anyone can be in such a situation, well, what does he, on the street, die? Although they told me in the ambulance that the next time they would come only to state the body, ”Tatyana complains. The hospital promised to take care of Nella Stepanovna, as much as it would be needed, and they did not indicate the terms of stay. True, after a couple of days and there they started talking about the fact that it would be nice to pay for treatment.

The memory of Nella Stepanovna returns very slowly. While she was able to recall only the fact that three men beat her with her feet, with whom she flew in the same plane. “Here, of course, one must understand the degree of accuracy of these indications, a person is still not in himself. But if everything was as she says, you need to watch video cameras at the airport, see who left her from the flight. They can only request this video in the police, but they are not going to do anything, ”Tatyana sighs.

Indeed, on the fact of an attack on Nella Stepanovna, they do not even want to start a criminal case. On Monday December 25, Tatyana and the son of Nella Stepanovna Andrei reached the police department to write a statement that was also submitted with the battle: the duty officer stubbornly wanted to send Nella Stepanovna’s relatives to the linear department - so that the Polomodedovo police airport were engaged in the attack. Tatyana, as she could, explained to the police that they could give an application with him - he had nothing to object to it. But when Tatyana left for Moscow, and Andrei was left alone in the hostel, the police came to him and for almost three hours tried to convince him that they certainly could not do his mother’s affair. “At nine in the evening they came to me, talked almost up to twelve, the hostel was scared, they even wanted to evict me,” says Andrei.

He admits that he is already tired and just wants to take his mother to Belarus: “God with them, with stolen money and telephone, even God with them, with those who attacked her. They would only give her home, ”Andrei sighs. It was he who persuaded his mother to move. Before meeting in the Domodedovo hospital, they did not see each other for almost 25 years - the mother did not want to move. But after the death of her husband, father Andrei, gave herself to persuade herself, sold the house, collected two bags of hits and went from Bukhara to her son. Who knew that the path would be so long?

Restore Andrei's documents with Nella Stepanovna is sent back to Uzbekistan. This thought takes Andrei horror: “Where did I get so much money from, through three countries to jump? I occupied my friends to get to Moscow. And in Bukhara we have neither at home, nor relatives. But without documents, how will I take her to myself? She is not a dog, just to carry her back and forth. True, they treat mom as with a dog - she, count, a bum, lies quietly there in the corridor of this hospital, it is not necessary for anyone ... ”Andrei wants to talk about how glorious it would be at home now:“ We bought her an apartment for money from her sold, I made a beautiful repair, she would only live in four stops from me. My pension is good, we would have enough. And the village is nearby ... It would be very good for her there, ”this thought Andrei clearly warms.

Another misfortune of Andrei is also associated with the lack of documents with Nella Stepanovna: Andrei does not give her luggage, which she never took from the Domodedovo Airport. And the point is not that Andrei is paying about property. He wants to at least change his mother: she is still in the clothes in which she was found. While Nella Stepanovna was lying in a snowdrift, all the clothes were saturated with mud. They do not give luggage to Andrei, because he cannot yet prove even that he is the son of Nella Stepanovna. “I will go to the end and I won’t go home alone. If necessary, I'll go sit with a flag at the airport. What will I be a son if I will not take my mother home? The happiness is that we have Tatyana - she treats my mother as if she was a daughter to her. Maybe we will not be lost, ”Andrei ends on a sad note.

It remains unclear when Nella Stepanovna receives new documents and whether someone will investigate the attack. To assume who needed to torment so cruelly-to the traumatic brain injury and concussion-an elderly woman, native and friends of Nella Stepanovna are not trying. If the attackers just wanted to rob her, the 78-year-old woman still could not resist. But no one believes in a bona fide investigation: “I understand everything, in Belarus, the police are the same as yours, I don’t really hope for anything,” says Andrei. “Everything eventually rests on our valiant services: police, hospitals and so on. It was not possible to restore the entire chronology of events, but in the end, no one needs our grandmother, ”says Tatyana. And he adds: “You know, I accidentally saw the date of birth in the photocopies of the old documents that her grandson brought: on December 18 our grandmother had a birthday. She spent the 78th anniversary, dying in a snowdrift. "
