Explosion in a supermarket in St. Petersburg: 10 victims

In St. Petersburg in the Perekrestok supermarket, located on Kalinin Square near the city center, an explosion occurred. It is reported by Fontanka.ru.

The city department of the Investigative Committee opened the case under part 3 of Article 30 - to paragraphs "A", "E" of part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder of two or more persons in a generally hazardous way). For this crime, the Code provides for up to 15 years in the colony.

The chairman of the TFR, Alexander Bastrykin, sent investigators and forensics from the central headquarters of the department to St. Petersburg.
