The National Guard is holding a tender for the supply of personal “video monitoring” systems equipped with attack sensors, which, when triggered, will record automatically. The corresponding order has been placed on the government procurement website.
The application specifies that the department needs five sets of personal recorders that can be attached to various types of National Guard uniforms. The devices must provide “continuous synchronous audio and video recording of the environment in the service area of the military personnel (employee),” and also work in the dark using built-in infrared illumination.
The total contract price is 1.825 million rubles. Based on this, the cost of one device is 365 thousand rubles. The recorders must be delivered by July 2018 to military unit 6686 in the Moscow region.
