The first reports of shooting at a confectionery factory in the southeast of Moscow began to appear in the media at about 10 in the morning. It soon became clear that the general director Ilya Averyanov opened the fire at the factory. In the morning, bailiffs came to the enterprise to recover a debt from an enterprise in the amount of 3.3 million rubles. Averyanov took the Saiga hunting carbine (according to the official information of the Russian Guard, he has a resolution on weapons, the license has been operating since 1996) and opened fire.
Averyanov released four bullets in the guard of the factory-31-year-old Alexei Kostikov (according to other sources-Osipov), who tried to stop him. From the wounds received by the Employee, the Part of the Chop died on the spot. As Mash notes, the doctors promptly arrived at the place and could save him, but they could not get into the building - he was closed by Sister Catherine (judging by reports on the forums where they discuss this topic, she is the deputy general director for financial issues). Averyanov himself called the murder of the guard of self -defense.
Then, the media began to appear that the man shot the bailiffs and passers -by, but in the Federal Bailiff Service they assured that none of the department employees were injured. Information about the hostages in the building was also not confirmed.
At about 13:00, the fighters of the Russian Guard and collected an operation in the factory building, where Averyanov was barricaded. Law enforcement agencies examined the entire territory (about 15 thousand square meters), but they never found a man. A few hours later, the police stated that Averyanov had left the weapon and left the factory territory in the morning, that is, before the cordon was set before the start of the special operation. The Siren plan and the interception plan have been announced, the police hopes to take the businessman alive. A criminal case has been opened under Part 1 of Article 105 (murder) and part 1 of article 222 (illegal turnover of weapons) of the Criminal Code.
Immediately after the report of the shooting of the Business FM radio station, it was possible to contact the director of the factory. The reason for his act, Averyanov called the raider seizure of the enterprise.
“According to fake documents, a factory was taken from my fake documents, ruined me. I have eight children. You know, I’m fighting for four years. They all dig up, fake documents, are absent according to fake documents. This morning I came to work, they began to take me storm - with pistols, with weapons. I have a regular weapon, I used the defense today. He shot one, in my opinion, to death, unfortunately. Here is a story. If I stay alive, I will fight to the end. Now I have already surrounded me there, the special forces surrounded. Everything is fine. Now I will either shoot or give up, ”he said.
In the raider seizure, Averyanov accused the prosecutors of the Southeast District of Moscow.
The former classmate and close acquaintance of Averyanova German Batasov told RIA Novosti that about six months ago, outsiders “penetrated the armature, beat the guards, Averyanov broke their heads”. The director of the factory turned to the prosecutor’s office, to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but “everything was considered formally, no one needed it.” Batasov noted that Averyanov could shoot only because of the threat of life. “I can hardly imagine that Ilya began to shoot at someone. If he shot, then because it was a threat to life and tried to use weapons against him. They wrote that the guard was killed - why should he kill his guard? ” He said.
The official representative of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Alexander Kurenny, told the media that Averyanov is “ambiguous person, with problems in business”, who several times filed a statement to the prosecutor’s office and law enforcement agencies regarding attempts to take away his business. According to him, Averyanov accused “either partners or counterparties” of that they take a factory from him, but “over and over again he was refused to initiate a criminal case.” A week ago, Averyanov received another response from the deputy prosecutor of the Southeast District of Moscow that "your appeal was considered." The Prosecutor General will conduct an additional check of Averyanov's complaints. The situation was taken under his personal control by the Moscow prosecutor Vladimir Churikov.
Now the Moscow Arbitration Court is considering the bankruptcy case of the Menshevik factory. An application for recognition of the enterprise bankrupt on November 22, 2017 was filed by lawyer Shamsutdin Rajabov (on his own behalf). On November 24, the court left a lawsuit without movement, since the application was filed with violations. The next meeting, as follows from the Court of Court, was scheduled for January 18, 2018.
Also, from the court of the court, you can find out that over the past two years, LLC KF Menshevik has repeatedly sued the Danilovsky department of the bailiff service in Moscow. According to Kommersant, the factory owed more than 141 million rubles to one of the creditors. A settlement agreement was concluded, according to which the former owner of the enterprise Ilya Averyanov was to give the factory building to pay off the debt, but it was not fulfilled.
Judging by the messages of the former employees of the Menshevik on the forums, in recent years they did not pay salaries in the factory, there was faulty equipment. They also complain about personal insults from Averyanov. According to Batasov, Averyanov “he really dismissed all kinds of loafers from the factory”, but “he is not a psychopath [as the media write], not a quick -tempered, normal, very hardworking and kind person.”
Ilya Averyanov graduated from the physical department of Moscow State University and, together with classmates, built villages on the shore of the Arctic Ocean, the business magazine "Company" reported in 2002.
Averyanov began to engage in business back in the 90s. First, he imported chewing gum and consumer goods into Russia, and then, in 1999, opened the Menshevik and began to produce sweets copying well -known foreign brands, in particular, Life IS ... Life. In an interview with a business magazine, he said that he copied other people's brands intentionally: “We should not have made our own brand until there was no confidence in the quality of the product.”
According to the media, Averyanov was already prosecuted for shooting in 2006. The details of this case are unknown.
