
The Moscow City Court upheld the decision on the administrative case of Pussy Riot Pussy Riot Maria Alekhina for the banner with the inscription “Happy Birthday, executioners” on the FSB building. This was reported by RAPSI with reference to the press service of the court.
Earlier, the court appointed her 40 hours of compulsory work. Alekhin was found guilty of violation of Part 6.1 of Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an unauthorized action that entailed the creation of interference with citizens to residential premises or objects of transport or social infrastructure).
UPD: The Moscow City Court also did not change the decision on the administrative case of the photographer Denis Bochkarev,writes Mediazona. He was awarded 60 hours of compulsory work under the same article.
