Blagoveshchensk: a girl without a part of the skull refuses to recognize as a disabled person

Since September, a resident of Blagoveshchensk has been trying to achieve disability for his daughter, who fell for a month in whom after falling from the stairs. Representatives of the medical examination twice refused the girl who had to remove part of the brain, even in the lightest disability group. Officials explain the refusals that the victim can, although with difficulty, can walk and say - this result was achieved by Mother Mary, who quit his job, sold the car and took up her daughter’s health.

The emergency with Maria occurred in September, her roommate pushed the girl from the stairs, she hit her head a lot and fell into a month for a month. Doctors had to remove part of the bones of the skull: brain damage led to the fact that the girl did not recognize anyone and did not talk. In two months, her mother Elena with droppers, acupuncture, massage and treatment with a psychologist managed to restore her daughter's speech skills. Maria can move around the apartment, but she is not capable of spending even several hours. At the same time, the money made by the mother from the sale of the car ended, and monthly spending on procedures, kindergarten for the grandson and rent an apartment reach 70 thousand rubles.

They refused to assign any group of disability by a crippled girl, because "she walks and says." According to Elena, the daughters advised to register at the employment center to receive benefits, ignoring the fact that the girl cannot serve, provide and even take the necessary medicines. Elena was also not allowed to issue custody of Maria and her grandson, saying that a resident of Blagoveshchensk will have to prove the incapacity of the daughter in court, the ASN24 portal writes.

In November, another resident of the Amur Region, who was tormented at 4 stages of cancer from terrible pain, refused to issue free drugs due to the lack of a disabled person.
