
The affairs of the “artillery” activists Oleg Dmitriev, Oleg Ivanov and Sergey Ozerov, suspected of preparing the attack, were transferred from the Investigative Committee to the FSB, RIA Novosti reports .
On Friday, the judge of the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow Tatyana Shanina extended the arrest of all three suspects until April 16. They continue to be in pre-trial detention center-2 Butyrka. Activists have no lawyers.
At the hearing about the extension of a preventive measure, the FSB investigator said that Ozerov was preparing an "unconstitutional change in power."
The Political Zygyki were detained on November 1 in New Moscow. The police broke the door to the apartment where they were, and fabricated for all three protocols under part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal request of the policeman). On the same day, the Shcherbinsky district court arrested all three involved for 15 days.
The detention of activists became known the next day . It was also argued that in the same apartment, 26-year-old Vadim Mayorov was detained with them. However, Ozerov himself, having phoned on November 6 from the Moscow Special Reception No. 1 to the ATS-Info,did not mention Mayorov.
On November 2, the media claimed that 13 Molotov cocktails, three canists with fuel, as well as “devices for making Molotov cocktails” were found in an apartment of activists. It was stated that the detainees were supposed to use this arsenal on November 5, when, according to the leader of the "artillery" Vyacheslav Maltsev, a revolution should occur in Russia. In this regard, the issue of initiating a case of a terrorist case against the opposition was resolved, reports said.
Judge of the Shcherbinsky District Court Ekaterina Tikhomirova arrested activistsin the case of terrorism in the second half of November: the hearing about the arrest of Ozerov and Ivanov was held on the 17th, Dmitrieva-on the 20th. The 45-year-old Ozerov is a resident of Arzamas, the Nizhny Novgorod region, and the 40-year-old Ivanov and 38-year-old Dmitriev arrived in Moscow from Almetyevsk, Tataria.
