
The judge of the City Court of Petrozavodsk Elena Golyaeva sentenced to one year in prison with a trial period of two years of a participant in the anti -corruption rally on March 26, Evgeny Vlainkov, the “capital on the One” reports . It was found guilty under part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities).
According to the plot of the case, Vlainkov, trying to prevent the detention of another participant in the action by Artem Kornyshov, "ran behind the policeman, jumped on him and inflicted at least three strokes with his hands in his face, then grabbed him by the clothes, as well as by his left hand and turned it into the elbow joint with force." "As a result of the above illegal violent intentional actions, the police officer B. was caused by physical pain," the TFR claimed.
The 33-year-old arbitration manager Vlainkov did not plead guilty. Before the trial, he was under the subscription of a wonness.
It became known about the initiation of the case on June 5, when Vlainkov was called for interrogation in the TFR . There he was informed that he was undergoing a suspect in the case.
“I just could not deal these blows,” the activist himself commented on the plot. “All the videos of my detention were posted on the network, and this is obvious to everyone that I did not beat anyone.”
On March 26, in Petrozavodsk, a rally against corruption, illegally not coordinated by the authorities, gathered from Kirov, according to various estimates, from 250 to 400 people. Six participants in the action were detained.
Kornyshov was detained without any reason. Vlainkov tried to free him, grabbing the hands of one of the security forces. Then four police officers detained himself.
