A pensioner from Smolensk was fined 20 thousand for a comment on the action on November 5

The Leninsky District Court of Smolensk fined Tatyana Proshanova for 20 thousand rubles for a comment on VKontakte. She told the OVD-info about this.

The activist wrote on the page of the team of Alexei Navalny “We go to Lenin Square” and indicated the time of the beginning of the action on November 5. The court considered this a call to participate in the inconsistent rally and found guilty Proshanov in the organization of the event without submitting a notification (part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Tatyana Prishanova did not admit her guilt. She claims that the action did not take place - she and another activist did not manage to reach the square, they were detained by the police. The pensioner intends to appeal the court decision.

UPD: January 11, the Smolensk Regional Court reduced a fine of up to 10 thousand rubles, that is, set the amount below the lower limit due to the financial situation of the activist. Her pension is 10800 rubles.

Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses is a minimum fine of 20 thousand rubles.
