
Russian President Vladimir Putin, in congratulations to the American colleague Donald Trump, urged him to build pragmatic cooperation. This was reported on the Kremlin’s website in big material about Putin's congratulations to the heads of state and international organizations.
Trump is mentioned closer to the end of the material - after the heads of the CIS states and President of Syria Bashar al -Assad, but before Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
"According to the Russian leader, in the current difficult international situation, building a constructive Russian -American dialogue is especially in demand in order to strengthen strategic stability in the world and finding optimal answers to global challenges and threats," the congratulation says.
