The chairman of the Karelian "Memorial" Yuri Dmitriev, against whom the case of the manufacture of children's pornography is fabricated, is in the Serbian center on a stationary psychoexpertiza. This was reported in the FB group "The Dmitriev case."

According to the activist Daniil Saksonov, Dmitriev was transferred from the Moscow pre-trial detention center “Butyrka” to the Serbsky Center on December 28. “He was a short time in Butyrka,” Saksonov noted.

Meanwhile, the lawyer of Politsek Viktor Anufriev did not report the transfer of his client.

On December 28, the convoy of the FSIN on an airplane delivered Dmitriev from Petrozavodsk to Moscow. The next day, Anufriev said that Dmitriev was placed in pre-trial detention center-2 . “He was settled so far in Butyrka, and after the holidays he will be in Serbian,” the lawyer said.

On December 27, the Judge of the Petrozavodsk City Court Marina Nosova decided to send Dmitrieva to a stationary psychoexpertise . Dmitrieva, the prosecutor of Petrozavodsk Elena Askerova , who personally supports the charge in the process, stated at the hearing on Tuesday. She referred to the need to establish whether the Politsek needed to be sent for compulsory treatment. At the same time, an outpatient examination conducted during the investigation did not find sexual perversions from Dmitriev.

At the choice of the Center of Serbian as the venue of the examination, Anufriev insisted.

Judge Nosova also granted Askurova’s petition for the third examination of photographs from the Dmitriev case. At the same time, she, as in September, refused to send pictures to the capital's intellectual property agency MAS. Anufriev ensured that the photo was also sent to the Serbsky Center.

Meanwhile, Askurova’s third petition - to extend Dmitriev’s term of arrest expired on January 27, 2018, rejected Nosova for another three months. Thus, on January 28, the Politzek must be released on a recognizance not to leave.

Dmitriev was detained on December 13, 2016 and arrested two days later . In the final version of the prosecution, the 61-year-old activist is charged with paragraph 2 of Article 242.2 (the use of a person under the age of 14 for the manufacture of pornographic materials), which provides from 8 to 15 years of the colony, as well as Article 135 (depraved actions) and 222 Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons).

According to the plot of the case, Dmitriev took pictures of the naked 11-year-old adopted daughter of Natalia, and also kept a cut around the house.

In fact, the lawyer Anufriev noted, Dmitriev adopted a child with slow development and he was recommended to periodically photograph the girl to fix her condition. These pictures, the lawyer emphasized, were stored on Dmitriev’s home computer; The activist did not print them, did not publish and did not send anyone.

As for the cut, Dmitriev took it away a few years ago from the children in the yard. At the same time, the weapons are no longer suitable for shooting.

Politzek does not plead guilty.

Hearing on the merits started on June 1. The proceedings are carried out closed. On June 22, one of the leading Russian sexologists Lev Scheglov spoke in the process. He gave a devastating assessment of the examination conducted at the request of the investigation.

On September 15, Judge Nosova appointed a second examination of photographs . At the insistence of Anufriev, the pictures were sent to the Federal Department of an independent forensic examination in St. Petersburg. The results of the study were announced on December 26. Experts unequivocally called the photo from the case non -inforographic. After that, the prosecutor of Askerov and demanded a third study.

He acted as one of the founders of the Sandarmokh memorial complex. In this tract in the 1930s, more than 9.5 thousand political zyes were shot, including the largest figures of Ukrainian culture.

Dmitriev was also the compiler and publisher of books of the victims of political repressions of the 1930-1940s in Karelia.
