And misses the lessons. And after the publication, the situation changed: the students were allowed to stay in the boarding school for the weekend, allocated the teacher and the cook.

Readers of “such cases” were very imbued with the history of Ksyusha and wanted to help her somehow. The author of the text Zhenya Volunkova organized a collection of money to buy Ksyusha a new smartphone. The stubborn phone was with a broken and muddy display, the visually impaired girl could not see anything in him. The amount collected was enough for a good samsung, Ksyusha was very glad to a gift and actively uses the phone.

Even due to the missing of the lessons (Ksyusha was forced to leave school early on Friday in order to have time for an electric train, and on Monday came only by the middle of the day) there were problems with study and teachers. The girl cried all the time and worried that she could not graduate from school. Zhenya Volunkova specially went to the boarding school in December to make sure that everything is fine now. Ksyusha remains for the weekend in the boarding school, when necessary, she has five in her favorite literature, and she dreams of entering the pedagogical and becoming a teacher.

A year ago, “such things” wrote about how the elderly residents of the village of Suna in the winter stand in a tent camp in the Karelian forest to save him from developers . In Borus, who feeds the inhabitants of the village, the company "Saturn Nordstroy" was going to develop a sand-gravel career. Residents of the village realized that the court would not achieve anything, and decided to protect the forest with their backs - literally.

They lived in Bor for almost nine months, and in March the authorities of Karelia terminated the forest lease agreement with the developer and transferred construction to another district. In addition, the republican government announced the need to create an interdepartmental commission for subsoil use, which would prevent the emergence of social conflicts in the development of local areas. The Sun partisans celebrated the victory with a feast in Bor and now live quietly in the village, enjoying walks along the saved forest.

The cycle of good

Seven -year -old Sasha has a neglected malignant tumor. For four years, the Saratov doctors could not make the correct diagnosis, and Sasha was blinded to one eye. In the fall, Sasha went to first grade in her native Saratov. She goes to school every day, like all children. But no longer than three weeks in a row. Because every month Sasha and her mother get on the train and go to Moscow for chemotherapy.

And after such a surprise, she began to be afraid of hospital food and often refused to eat. I asked my mother to cook something tasty. But in Moscow, mom spends time with Sasha in the hospital. Our reader Tatyana, having learned about the sashins of ordeal with food, vowed to pamper her with something tasty from time to time: either pizza, then land, then pies. And for Sasha every time this is a small holiday.

And in November, Sasha and his mother had another unexpected friend and assistant. The weather was bad, Sasha did not matter after chemistry, and Tatyana ordered a taxi from the hospital for them. The driver saw a scar on his bald head with a large-eyed carrier-passenger and asked his mother that with a girl. And in the future he volunteered to carry them from the station to the hospital and vice versa, left his phone. Julia, Sashina Mom, says that at first she was embarrassed to call the driver when they returned to Moscow. But the driver held the word and last week he took them to the hospital for the next course of chemistry, and also ordered him to call him when the time comes to go home. And before the New Year, doctors noted that Sasha had a “small positive dynamics”.

Summer school will become regular

“Balapanarlar” was held for the first time in August 2017 in the Circassian village of Erken-Shahar, and a month later the publication on “such matters” came out about this. Bella, who had grown up in the village, organized a summer school with several friends and almost one enthusiasm. And now, after the victory, he wants to make the camp regular and collects documents for registration of the NGOs. Big report about a big business

At the beginning of the year, we told how two young teachers - Roxanne and Arina - went to work in a small rural school in the Tambov region. As urban residents equipped their rural life and surprised their approach to lessons and communicating with the children of experienced local teachers. Then the teachers (they themselves call themselves so) complained that children read very little. The school library burned down, and there is practically no children's fiction in the village.

During this year, a lot has changed in the life of the teachers and the lips. Thanks to the readers of “such cases” a library has a library! From February to the end of the school year, parcels with books came - they were brought by friends, acquaintances and completely strangers. The children, along with the adults, dismantled the boxes and were so imbued with the process that they began to read it. “You can’t even imagine at what speed the students of primary school read,” says Arina. - Fifth graders, who have wardrobes with books in the office, first opened a notebook, where everyone was recorded. And then we made a card for each book. Books for the elders are also in demand. And even among teachers. We are proud of our library and do not get tired of thanking everyone for this incessant holiday! ”

The paths of our two heroines parted. During the summer holidays, Roxanne married a childhood friend. But by the beginning of the school year, she returned to the eye with the attitude to work out another academic year. However, it was difficult to survive separation from her husband, and in November Roxanne returned home to the Urals. And on the eve of the New Year, she found out that she would become a mother. “The parting with children, with Nadezhda Dmitrievna and other teachers was very difficult ... These are one of the best and endlessly dear people. In memory of the eye I have many precious gizmos left, letters from the guys are especially important, ”says Roxanne. And another gift of the eye is the cat pryshun. The kitten was born on the threshold of the house of the girls on September 1, and Roksana took the baby with her. Now Roxanne works at a school in his native Polevsky, teaches Russian and literature in the fifth and sixth grades.

Another participant in the Teacher for Russia project came to teach physics - Artem Alexandrovich. His support was very valuable to Arina when Roxanne left. “It was not easy. Летом училки с коллегами по программе придумали и начали воплощать проект школьных обменов «Привет, я тоже из России». В сентябре — октябре провели первый обмен между селами Глазок и Платоновка. Теперь планируют еще восемь обменов между разными регионами России и даже запустили краудфандинг на Planeta.ru , чтобы оплатить дорожные расходы школьникам. «За год изменились дети, — отмечает Арина, — повзрослели, научились работать в группах, лучше читают, легче откликаются на новые форматы и игры. Дел много, но силы появляются, когда дети подбегают спрашивать, когда мы еще будем делать что-нибудь этакое: плести фенечки, печь пряники, когда будет зимний лагерь с лыжными походами, театром теней, концертами и мастер-классами с интересными людьми. Силы появляются, когда понимаешь, что все это не зря. Что ты правда можешь сделать кого-то счастливее».

Новогодние козы для Лешки

А перед Новым годом случилась еще одна совершенно чудесная история. 20 декабря Виктория Микиша написала про Лешку Кузнечика из Биробиджана , а уже через неделю москвичка Людмила подарила ему двух коз, о которых Лешка давно мечтал. И сказала: «Я очень люблю домашних животных и себе бы козу хотела, но я в городе живу. За козами ездили в соседнюю деревню, тщательно выбирали. Одна коза беременная, в марте родит, будет молоко. А Лешкина семья пока старый сарай из шпал укрепляет фанерой и закупает комбикорм и сено. Скоро козы переберутся из дома в сарай. Лешкина бабушка сказала, что раз козы уже есть, то нужно полноценное хозяйство заводить. Решили, что накопят на одну свинью, потом на вторую, а летом, если будут деньги, теленка купят. Лешка счастлив — у него теперь есть паспорт и козы.
