RIA Global has thirty days to fulfill the requirements. The document dated January 5, it is noted that the company is engaged in "political activities in the United States in the interests of the Russian International Information Agency Today. The Ministry of Justice emphasizes that after registration, RIA Global will be able to continue work, but each air should be accompanied by a notification of the status of a foreign agent.
RIA Global LLC is an American company in which American journalists who prepare news materials and radio programs for Sputnik work.
On November 13, the Russian propaganda television channel Russia Today America, at the request of the US Ministry of Justice , registered as a foreign agent . “We chose the latter between the criminal case and the registration,” Margarita Simonyan explained RT, Glavred RT.
