There is no more reserve fund in Russia. The last money was spent from it in December 2017 . The fund existed for about 10 years. In recent years, the funds accumulated in it were spent on covering the budget deficit. Now money from the National Welfare Fund will go for these purposes (3.75 trillion rubles are accumulated there). The Ministry of Finance does not have other "cubes".
