The Supreme Court of Crimea upheld the extension of the arrest until February 2018 of Uzair Abdullayev, a defendant in the Simferopol Hizb ut-Tahrir case. It is reported by "Crimea. Realii” with reference to the Crimean Solidarity activist Server Mustafayev.
The meeting was held behind closed doors. The activist noted that at the meeting, the interests of the convict were represented by a state lawyer - Abdullayev's defenders did not have time to arrive in Crimea.
In early December 2017, the Supreme Court of Crimea extended the arrest until February 11, 2018 of five defendants in the Simferopol Hizb ut-Tahrir case, among whom was Uzair Abdullayev.
