
Ex-governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh, accused of receiving bribes, was again hospitalized. He was transferred from the Lefortovo pre -trial detention center to the hospital of the Sailor Silence. This was reported by "Mediazona" with reference to the lawyer of the White Andrei Grokhotov.
The lawyer learned about the hospitalization of his client in the morning from the judge. As you know, on Friday, January 12, the next meeting in the Belykh case was scheduled in the Presnensky court of Moscow.
“Today we were informed in court that last night Nikita Yuryevich was hospitalized to the hospital of“ sailor silence ”. However, he would be brought to the Presnensky court. How the next meetings will be held, doctors will decide,” TASS said Grokhotov.

Belykh was detained on June 24, 2016 in a Moscow restaurant upon receipt of a bribe. According to the IC of the Russian Federation, he personally and through an intermediary received a total of 400 thousand euros. The next day, the White was arrested by the decision of the Basmanny Court. He was charged with Part 6 of Art. 290 ("Receiving a bribe on an especially large scale") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
