These circumstances complicate the conduct of emergency work on this section of the river,” said Colonel Valery Chanstz, deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies for the Irkutsk Region.
According to him, now the main task is to raise cars in such a way as not to violate the integrity of the tank in which oil products are located.
