Participants in single pickets against the persecution of Crimean Tatars were fined in Feodosia

The Feodosia City Court fined two participants in single-person pickets against the persecution of Crimean Tatars, Enver Mustafayev and Rustem Mustafayev, 10,000 rubles. This is stated on the Facebook of "Crimean Solidarity".

The men were accused of violating the procedure for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). On the same day, the court considered similar cases of three other Crimean Tatar activists, but the hearings were postponed to January 15.

According to Crimea . Realii”, in Simferopol on January 11, another participant in single-person pickets, Rustem Usmanov, was fined 10,000 rubles. Crimean Solidarity activist Server Mustafaev told the publication that in the process of studying the case materials, numerous procedural violations were found: the text on Usmanov's poster differs from that indicated in the case; the protocol was drawn up on October 27, and the activist received the summons for drawing up the protocol on December 7.

On October 14, activists of the Crimean Tatar national movement staged individual pickets in different regions of Crimea with a general demand to stop the repressions against the Crimean Tatars. At least 37 people were detained.

On December 18, courts in different cities of Crimea considered about 60 administrative cases of Crimean Tatar activists. The sessions were held in Belogorsk, Sudak, Sovetskoye village, Dzhankoy, Kievsky district court and Zheleznodorozhny court of Simferopol, Alushta, Kirovskoye village, Krasnogvardeyskoye village and Simferopol region. On December 19, the processes continued .
