The court refused to freely release the leader of the "Shali-Bolti" leader

The Lefortovo Court of Moscow refused to satisfy the application for the parole of the alleged leader of the Khalkie-Boltai hacker group Vladimir Anikeev. It is reported by Interfax .

The hearing on January 12 was held closed due to the fact that the case contains materials with the “secret” stamp. With a petition about Udo Anikeev, he turned at the end of December 2017.

In July 2017, Anikeeva was sentenced to two years in a general regime colony. He pleaded guilty of illegal access to computer information.

The same accusations were brought by two more participants in Shali-Boltya-Alexander Filinov and Konstantin Teplyakov. In September 2017, each of them was sentenced to three years in a colony.

Shaltai-Boltai published a correspondence of senior officials, including those who worked in the presidential administration. The victims of their actions were recognized, for example, by the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrei Belousov and the deputy chief of the internal policy of the administration of the President Timur Prokopenko. From the correspondence of the latter, in particular, it followed that he was responsible for the placement of materials about the criminal cases of the opposition Alexei Navalny.
