
Chairman of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin and the rector of the Moscow State Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky Alexander Sokolov signed an agreement on cooperation between the department and the institution of culture. This was reported by the press service of the TFR.
"The agreement provides for the interaction of the parties on the issues of spiritual, moral and cultural education of Russian citizens, especially the young employees of the Investigative Committee and students of educational institutions of the department," the report said. "The Moscow Conservatory and the Investigative Committee is a common goal - to educate and develop in young people a sense of empathy, which are sometimes lacking and employees of the Investigative Committee."
At the signing ceremony, Bastrykin noted that it was music that is "a truly right path for this, because it warms up hearts." According to him, cooperation with the conservatory "will become a huge help in the formation of a sense of beautiful and love for the Fatherland in the growing generation."
Sokolov, in turn, emphasized that the agreement concluded between the TFR and the Conservatory will become a noticeable page in the biography of the cultural institution.
"In honor of the signing of the cooperation agreement at the Moscow Conservatory, a charity concert was held for employees of the Investigative Committee, their families, cadets and students of educational institutions of the department, at which the musicians performed the masterpieces of the Russian classical heritage and Soviet song classics," the press service said.
In June 2016, Bastrykin and the artistic director of the State Academic Maly Theater Yuri Solomin entered into an agreement on cooperation . "Bastrykin noted that for objective reasons, access to cultural values for employees of the Investigative Committee is partially limited: to join the pure, good, bright, the investigator is difficult, and sometimes impossible. However, it is culture, along with professional education, forms the spiritual and moral foundations of the investigator as a citizen and patriot," the press service said, "the press service said TCR.
Solomin accepted Bastrykin’s proposal and became the honorary chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Academy of the Investigative Committee.
On June 2, 2016, Bastrykin was admitted to the Union of Writers of Russia . The head of the Investigative Committee thanked the chairman of the joint venture Valery Ganichev and said that "he regarded his membership as an advance obliging to continue writing." Bastrykin invited members of the Russian Writers Union to meet with pupils of cadet corps and classes of the Investigative Committee, students of the Academy of the Investigative Committee, young investigators. "The interlocutors also discussed the creation of an artistic image of a modern investigator.
