Thief about friendship with Ukraine

Konstantin Zatulin, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs and Relations with Compatriots, have difficult relations with Ukraine. It used to be that he went to this country to work out extremist activities and deflect anti -Ukrainian sentiments in the Crimea. It happened that he was declared a person Non-grata there or deported directly from there, but then they allowed to enter again, and so three times. The walking international scandal, Konstantin Fedorovich already decorated the black list of enemies of a neighboring state.

However, the one who considered Konstantin Fedorovich was mistaken by the enemy and only the enemy of Ukraine. Looking back and appreciating the Crimean raids of the unicorn, one cannot but admit that his actions did not at all come down to provocations and sabotage. In solidarity with the metropolitan mayor Luzhkov and some other comrades Zatulin, one might say, warned the neighbors about the misfortune of them. He gave them a military secret, and who was to blame for the fact that the Ukrainian authorities perceived him rather as an evil clown, and not a clairvoyant. He is definitely not to blame for this.

In August of the year before last, when the publicity of the recording of the negotiations of Sergei Glazyev with the offenders of the times of the Crimean spring were devoted, the presidential adviser disowned angrily from them: they say that he will not "comment on the nonsense of Nazi criminals." Another thing is Zatulin. One of the interlocutors of Sergei Yuryevich, he willingly responded to the public questions and even admitted that his unique voice sounds in the released Kyiv junta, unless “some words are substituted for others”. True, Zatulin immediately accused the Americans who allegedly provided these materials, which looked like confirmation of the authenticity of records notarized in Washington, if not a confession. In general, he again served Ukraine, handing over the accomplices.

And yesterday Konstantin Fedorovich took the floor once again, and this speech, perhaps, overshadowed all the previous performances.

He suddenly remembered the treaty, cooperation and partnership between Russia and Ukraine, signed in 1997 and later ratified by the parliaments of both states. Why I remembered - it’s hard to say, it seems like this is an event of this kind that it would be better to forget about it all our patriots forever. Everyone forgot, with the exception of Zatulin. And he loses, as in those years when he bravely waved the Russian flag in a neighboring country and was persecuted. He believes that he came, you see, it is time to clarify individual articles of the contract. In that part, for example, which concerns the mutual recognition of the irregularities of the boundaries.

Reading the paper, the deputy finds serious flaws in it. It is noted there that Russia "considers, say, Crimea and Sevastopol part of the territory of Ukraine," but this is not true, in Russia now, for such words, you can get the deadline. He calls him complaints and the text made in the heading of the agreement. “Our recognition of the borders,” says Zatulin, “made in this agreement is interconnected with the topic of the contract: friendship, cooperation and partnership. That is, there is no friendship, cooperation and partnership, in theory, there is a reason to say: it means that all issues need to be resolved again, including issues on the borders.” In short, the agreement is “one -sidedly beneficial” to Ukraine, and this overwhelmed problem three times sent from Crimea proposes to solve creatively.

Actually, it does not matter for what purpose our chosen one is interested in the nuances of the agreement, which, then under Putin, was automatically extended for another ten years at the end of 2008. Maybe the anniversary thoughts surged long before the deadline and Zatulin considered it necessary to share them. It matters completely different. It seems that in the history of world diplomacy, the aggressor, choking someone else's territory, suddenly recalled about the contract that violated, and did not invite the victim of aggression at the negotiating table. Like, let's go about the fact that we sailed to our native harbor - and we will continue to be friends, cooperate and partner. Come on, what are you offended, or what?

Voluntarily or involuntarily, wanting to grumble over the non -collecteds or by simplicity of the spiritual deputy, Zatulin again breaks out over -secret information about the Russian authorities. Demonstrating obvious impudence, exposes secret thoughts. And the cherished dreams, having raised the ranges, will unite into a single contractual family: we will cancel the friendship, and the West will cancel the sanctions to us, instead of tightening it. Come on, dear neighbor, “in the part concerning article two, that is, recognition of the borders,” we bring the document in line with the current realities and will no longer quarrel. And whoever removes the old one is a referendum and harsh monologues about sacred lands, lost during the largest geopolitical disaster.

No, it would be an unforgivable mistake to list Konstantin Zatulin exclusively by the enemy of Ukraine. Perhaps he is an enemy with his country, constantly shameful, and if you say that such enemies on Okhotnoye were collected a whole chamber, it will not be easy to object, but still will help. For Konstantin Fedorovich with his unexpected visits, confessions and legislative insights is a unique figure. After all, until yesterday, I guessed that the Russian friendship agreement with Ukraine can still be improved, and he, a bright head, thought up and proclaimed his idea to the whole world. I am afraid, however, that the light will not appreciate it again and even in Kyiv to the deputy Zatulin will not be discharged by any Russophobic Order, but this will only be evidence of the shortsightedness of Ukrainian politicians. Never learned under the mask of a stubborn enemy to see his true friend.
