In Ishimbai, Bashkiria, a former Electric engineer Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat Dmitry Rudov, dismissed from the enterprise, arranged self-immolation at the city administration building, Prufu.ru reports .
Rudov first drank acid and hit himself with a knife, and then doused himself with gasoline and set fire. As a result, the man survived, he was taken away by an ambulance.
According to Idel. Realuies, Rudov got a job in Gazprom's subsidiary in 2013, and in March 2017 he was fired from there due to a reduction in the state. The engineer did not agree with the dismissal and appealed him in court: at that time he was incapable of work and had two minor children on dependent, and was also going to undergo a medical examination to obtain the status of a disabled person - he suffers from gout. In August, the Ishimbesky City Court restored Rudov at work and ordered Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat to pay him compensation for 30 thousand rubles. However, the employer did not give him this money in full. Then Rudov stopped going to work, demanding repayment of the duty, and in the end he was again fired for absenteeism. He repeatedly tried to recover through the court and demanded a second compensation from the enterprise 15 million rubles, but his second lawsuit was rejected.
According to mkset.ru, in December, Rudov filed a letter about his problems to President Vladimir Putin. The engineer complained to the head of state about dismissal, and also claimed that he was refused to be recognized as disabled. The appeal says that Rudov was fired due to conflict with the immediate supervisor. At the same time, the letter claims that the first decision of the Ishim City Court to restore Rudov at work was later canceled by the Supreme Court of Bashkiria - the appeal is not mentioned about the re -dismissal of Rudov due to absenteeism and the filing of a second claim to them. The former Gazprom employee also noted that he was in United Russia and appealed to the party for help, but did not receive assistance.
