And the point is not that the court rejected our lawsuit against Sobyanin. This was expected - it is unlikely that there is a judge in the capital who risks going against the mayor. Indignation causes the arrogance of the city hall, which did not even bother to send trained lawyers to a meeting.

They sit opposite the girls and clap their eyes. The statement of claim seems to be seen for the first time. For all questions-either they read their review on a piece of paper, either they are silent or mutter something slurred. Not a single substantive answer. Even the judge at some point began to increase their voice on them, like schoolgirls.

Our position: there is a Moscow law on local self -government, it gives municipalities the right to conduct district holidays, the restriction of this right by the executive branch is illegal interference in the powers of deputies.

The lawyers of the prefecture and the city hall are exchanging: "Well, you have not submitted an application ..."

We explain: the holding of district holidays does not require any applications, these are the powers of municipal deputies, in accordance with the law. We quote the law, provide exposure.

It is disgusting to observe how the executive branch degrades. Logic is understandable: if the judge still makes a decision in your favor, why strain and prepare for trial? And so it will do.
