The Federal Security Service has stopped criminal prosecution of the deputy head of the Office of the TFR of the Investigative Committee of Colonel Alexander Lamonov in the case of a bribe from the “thief in law” Zakharia Kalashov (Shakro young). This was reported by RIA "Novosti" with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.

"The case of Shakro, instituted in the summer of 2016, was terminated against Lamonov. The right to rehabilitation was recognized for him," the source said.

Lamonova’s lawyer did not comment on this information, citing a non -disclosure subscription. At the same time, the colonel is still in custody. In relation to him, there is an investigation of the case of a bribe for mitigating the charges of criminal authority Andrei Kochuykov (also known as Italian) and his release from the pre -trial detention center.

The case of Shakro FSB bribes aroused in the summer of 2016. Then, the first deputy head of the capital's head of the Investigative Committee of Denis Nikandrov, the head of the USB of the central apparatus of the department Mikhail Maksimenko and his deputy Lamonov were sent to the pre -trial detention center. He was charged under part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code (receiving a bribe on an especially large scale). According to the FSB, officials for a bribe of 200 thousand dollars destroyed the case, excited against Sharo after a shootout that occurred in December 2015 on Rochdelskaya Street in the center of Moscow. Subsequently, a number of episodes of bribery were charged with a number of arrested.

On December 27, a new person involved in the case was arrested on the same day - the former head of the Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Central District of Moscow Alexei Kramarenko. He left the investigation department just after the initiation of the case of Shakro bribes and got a job in the Rosneft security service. According to Kommersant, a number of arrests in the case are not excluded.
