"During the verification of the facts of violation of their duties provided for by the current legislation, as well as the charter of the institute, the internal rules of cadets, the rules for the provision of residential premises and accommodation in a cadet dormitory, other local acts of the institute, entailing a disciplinary measures from the institute," the report said.
At the same time, the prosecutor's office made an idea to the rector of Wig in connection with the "improper organization of the educational process", a violation of the law "On Education", and local legal acts of the institute. It is noted that the issue of bringing the perpetrators from among teachers to disciplinary liability has been raised.
On Thursday, the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region, Sergei Morozov, also stated that he did not support the idea of deducting cadets due to the video. Morozov emphasized that the punishment should be fair and "not to break their lives to young people." At the same time, the governor instructed to organize the work of a special commission with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Transport and the Federal Air Transport Agency, which should check how pedagogical work is conducted with cadets, who posted a video on the network, and who took part in the dances.
The video was shot in the fall. The cadets, according to them, parodied the clip for the song Satiffaction, released in 2002 by the Italian DJ Benny Benassion. In a two -minute video shot in one plan, 14 first -year students of the Faculty of Faculty are dancing to the music in underwear, boots, forages, belts and ties. The video was shot in one of the hostels of the institute.
On Tuesday, the video was published on social networks and immediately gained popularity. One of the largest publics in VKontakte MDK fixed the video. Only this copy was watched in a day 2.5 million times, other copies together scored at least one and a half million views.
The Federal Air Transport Agency stated that such a “immoral episode” was noted for the first time in more than 90 years of civil aviation in Russia. Representatives of aviation medicine recommended to conduct an extraordinary medical examination of the marked cadets with detailed accounting of their psycho-emotional state.
The cadets "mock the saint" and "mock over the industry", said Rector Wig Sergey Krasnov. “Some write that the guys joked, but they would have done it at home, no one would have noticed. They were in the caps of civil aviation,” the rector said. “I would even compare it to Pussy Riot, which were mocking in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, and Wiga is a temple of sciences that gives vouchers to life.”
