The Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court upheld a fine of 20 thousand rubles to a member of the Dzerzhinsk group against raising travel prices and a member of the Teacher’s trade union Andrei Rudomu for a single picket. The activist himself wrote about this on his page on the VKontakte social network.

Andrei Ruda is going to file a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights. Earlier, the Dzerzhinsky City Court found Rudogo guilty, after which its lawyers filed an appeal.

On November 26, the police detained Andrei Rudogo during the action and delivered him to the department. The man stood with a single picket against raising travel prices. In the fall in Dzerzhinsk, carriers raised the ticket value from 18 to 25 rubles.

Three days before the detention, the activist said that the Ministry of Internal Affairs issued him a warning about "the inadmissibility of extremist activity and violation of public order."
