
The State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) filed two claims to the Moscow Arbitration Court for the Iraero Irkutsk airline demanding a total of 808 million rubles, according to the court’s website. In addition, the air carrier is held by the defendant at the claims of several more airlines and airports.
The claims of the leasing company were filed in early January for the amount of 282 and 526 million rubles. The essence of the case has not yet been announced, but it is known that in 2016-2017 Iraero took 8 new and four previously operated ones from GTLK in the leasing of 8 aircraft of Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft. In 2017, Iraero also announced the replenishment of the park by the ninth SSJ-100, which was previously operated by the Yamal airline. The airline did not name the lessor of the ninth ship, writes Interfax .

According to the case of the case of the Arbitration Court, these are not the only claims to the Irkutsk airline. In addition to the claims mentioned, in December a claim for 1.2 million rubles was put up by the Irkutsk carrier of the Yakutia airline. The meeting in the case is scheduled for January 23.
In September, the Arbitration Court of the Irkutsk Region fully satisfied the lawsuit of the Aerofuelz Magadan rehabilitation center, which demanded that Iraero pay about 300 thousand rubles for "airfield refueling services and special for aircraft."
