In the morning, a 9th grade student Anton B. came to school No. 5 in a closed military town of Sosnovy Bor in Ulan-Ude. He burst into the office, where there was a lesson at the seventh grade, threw the Molotov cocktail and began to beat the teacher and children with an ax. Then the teenager hit himself several times with a knife in the chest and jumped out of the window. On the street he was detained; In the video from the scene, he is pressed to the land of military police.

Six people were taken to hospitals, not counting the attacker; Two are in serious condition. The teenager chopped off his fingers on his hand. Anton himself was hospitalized with multiple wounds of the chest.

What is known about the attacker?

The Investigative Committee reported only about one suspect, but there is evidence that in addition to Anton B., his friends Alexander R. and Ilya S., apparently, did not take part in the attack, but knew about the plans of the friend; They allegedly warned acquaintances that on January 19 there would be meat at school.

Nothing is known about Anton B.'s motives. His acquaintances express versions - from revenge on the teacher for a deuce a quarter to the influence of the AUE subculture, which romanticizes the criminal world (according to students, school No. 5 “literally covered” AUie). Schoolchildren also say that Anton is passionate about Nazi ideas.
