The Order of the Surgeon was handed by the State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov and the chairman of the Chechnya parliament Magomed Daudov.
In 2014, Kadyrov became a member of the club "Night Wolves" . The head of Chechnya gave a solemn dinner in honor of the guests from the club, led by the surgeon, who came to Grozny on his personal invitation. Zaldostanov often declared his friendly relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who met with "night wolves" several times. In 2013, Putin awarded Zaldostanov to the Order of Honor for "active work on the patriotic education of youth, participation in the search work and perpetuating the memory of the dead defenders of the Fatherland."
