Biathlonist Anton Shipulin finished the third at the stage of the World Cup

The Russian biathlete Anton Shipulin took third place in the persecution race at the World Cup, which takes place in the Italian Antholz.

In the overall standings of the World Cup, the leadership retained Fourcad (776 points), Boe occupies the second position (742), the Slovenian biathlonist Jacob Fak (438) is the third, Shipulin takes fourth place (428).

The stage of the World Cup in Antholz, which is the last start before the Olympics, will end on January 21. Winter Olympic Games in South Korean Pyeongchang will be held from February 9 to 25.
