Former Minister of Economics of the Russian Federation Andrei Nechaev told the court that he met the defendant in 2003 and that they saw each other shortly before the detention of the White - June 2, 2016, discussed the problems of the Kirovsky Demyanovskoye Manufactory LLC, which Nechaev was engaged in anti -crisis administration.

“He did not require any remuneration or other material gratitude to the White in exchange,” the economist noted. According to him, the former governor also supported the enterprises of the timber industry, and actively interacted with the Federal Ministry of Industry to reform industry legislation.

Periodically, Nechaev raised his voice-the FSIN employees laid the cable in the corridor, and from behind the doors came the noise of the drill.

Lawyer Andrei Grokhotov recalled that on June 2, 2016, according to the FSB response to the court request, Nechaev was under the supervision of the Ninth Department of the FSB. Nechaev did not know about it until the roar lords enlightened him.

- I sent a request to the FSB: what exactly was carried out there, who ordered. They never answered me, ”said the ex-minister.

According to the lawyer Grokhotov, the FSB carried out operational monitoring of the whites since 2015, but the Chekists denied the fact of monitoring of the whites, but Nechaev indicated as an object of surveillance.

Nechaev, like before him, Yevgeny Yasin, positively described the activities of the whites as the governor and noted that during the reign of the White Kirov region, more successfully more than other regions coped with the consequences of the financial crisis.

After Nechaev left, the evidence of the accusation suddenly appeared - the investigator for particularly important cases, Colonel Alexander Lavrov, in addition to the “White case”, he leads the investigative actions in the “Seventh Studio” case. In the case of the White Lavrov, he proved himself only because he examined the place of detention of the ex-governor and counted the discovered 150 thousand euros.

“The defense indicated that in two places the numbers of the rewritten banknotes do not coincide with the photocopies of bills,” said the prosecutor Dyatlova. - How do you explain this?

- Human factor, technical error.

- How is it a technical mistake? - the judge did not understand.

“The FSB operative made the same mistake in the protocol,” said Dyatlova.

“Well, the eye was blurred, maybe,” Lavrov made excuses. - In general, everyone was in a hurry to exercise Nikita Yuryich’s right as a faster interrogation in the committee.

Lavrov, on the other hand, undertook to explain how he copied the bills of bills. The case took place in the same room where the White meeting with Yuri Zudheimer (the main witness of the prosecution) took place. Immediately after the detention of the whites, I wanted to give Lavrov an explanation, but he replied that the investigation was conducting another investigator, and gave him a sheet of paper to draw up comments.

In response to the question of a lawyer, Lavrov described the procedure for inspection of money: first, money was examined from a red package, and then the personal funds of the whites. They could not mix.

- And who could shift the money, other things?

“I did nothing, I just examined the money,” snapped Lavrov.

-So in what source is a mistake in the numbers of bills? - returned to the question of the roar. - Where are the reliable numbers?

It turned out that the memory failed the investigator Lavrov: it is clearly visible and heard how the whites without a lawyer still charge and do not read the rights, and the investigator takes up various objects with his hands without gloves-for example, puts a bottle of a black package on the table, in which there was money and a red package with bottles of wine.

“When Zudheimer congratulated me on my birthday, I saw a red bag of bottles and no money,” the whites recalled that day.

The video also shows how the FSB specialist Sergei Budynsky makes a reagent to packs with money and the hands of white, while for some reason, spraying the composition on the back of the suspect's palms.

In the end, the Grox’s lawyer asked to study the geolocation of the white telephone numbers to refute the testimony of Zudheimer, who claimed that on March 5, 2014 he saw with the governor, and he demanded a “taxa” for owning enterprises in the region. However, it turned out that the white Zudheimer did not call. Moreover, according to the graphs of the movement of members of the Government of the Kirov Region, the meeting was not planned on March 5, 2014 at all.

... On January 19, they also investigated the statement in the UK regarding his whites, his deputy Sergei Shcherchkov. The defendant drew attention to the oddity: the answer to the application was received a day earlier than the application was submitted.

The oddity with the dates was in the case of the statement of Eric Zudheimer - the nephew of the main witness, who explained that he allegedly handed over to the assistant to the white 50 thousand euros. The application was written and adopted by the UK on June 24, although Eric flew to Russia only the next day.
