The police call what is happening "the seizure of materials as part of an administrative investigation." Leaflets, computers and, in general, all the equipment that is at the headquarters are confiscated.

The administrative investigation is connected with the case under Art. 5.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution of illegal campaigning).
