Navalny continues the counter cab, despite the pressure

Alexei Navalny is not going to leave the agenda of the presidential campaign - this once again confirmed the launch of the opposition to his own sociological service. Searches continue at the opposition headquarters. At the beginning of the week, the Ministry of Justice demanded to liquidate the fund that ensures the work of the election headquarters of the politician. The headquarters, in turn, filed a counterclaim - the court refused to consider it. The Constitutional Court also refused to consider the opposition’s complaint about the ban on his participation in the elections - in this way, all the possibilities of his theoretical participation in them were exhausted. And the Moscow City Hall denied a policy of holding an action on January 28 in the city center - an alternative was proposed in the form of Sokolnikov, Lublino or Schukino.

Own sociological service

Navalny announced the launch of his sociological project the day after it became known that the Levada Center would not be able to publish data from the questions of the election due to the status of a “foreign agent”. The politician decided to offer voters who did not believe in the “pro -government” VTsIOM, his data.

“Any policy, especially to those who are conducting an election campaign, need adequate sociology,” says political scientist Gleb Pavlovsky. -Since Navalny is deprived of the opportunity to use the sociology of the main structures due to the fact that they are associated with the state, he has to look for an alternative. I would note that scandalous in this story is that VTsIOM and FOM have ceased to publish something except the ratings and anti-ratings of politicians who mean little. Therefore, the appearance of the Navalny project is logical.

The results, according to the social services of Navalny in the first week of its work, were the following: Putin - 78%(the percentage is even higher than that of VTsIOM - 73%), Zhirinovsky and Grudinin - 8%each, Sobchak, Yavlinsky and Titov in the region of 1%. Interestingly, the table does not present the rating of Navalny himself - despite the fact that in his headquarters they insist on continuing the presidential campaign. Navalny himself believes that the only curious moment in this sociology is the question of who will take the second place: “I put on Zhirinovsky, people are shy that they support him. Therefore, the real Wolfych rating is always slightly higher than in polls. ”

Ministry of Justice against the Electoral Fund

On January 15, the Ministry of Justice appealed to the court with a request to liquidate the Fifth Several Foundation, which is a legal entity of Navalny’s headquarters. All staff officers are officially employed in the fund, it is also concluded on the rental of premises.

According to the co -chair of the Voice movement, Andrei Buzin, the main claim of the Ministry of Justice is that the fund was created fraudulently:

- That is, supposedly the headquarters of Navalny claims that this money is going to the polls, and Navalny does not have the right to be a candidate. This motivation has been talked about for a long time, and Ella Pamfilova herself spoke. I would not consider this a legal requirement. You never know how Navalny decided to name his fund, selective or not. This is the collection of funds for political activity, which is not prohibited from us with law.

The counterclaim of Navalny’s headquarters was not accepted by the Gagarinsky court. The consideration of the lawyer’s claim is scheduled for January 22.

CEC, leaflets and searches

Listers with an invitation to come to “non -alternative” elections signed by the chairman of the CEC Ella Pamfilova began to be distributed by volunteers of the headquarters of Navalny. “Your participation in the elections is the main guarantee of the enrichment of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and his entourage for at least six years,” the invitation said. The CEC issued an official statement that it has nothing to do with this "unscrupulous lies." Meanwhile, Navalny still calls on supporters to distribute these leaflets in the entrances and the Internet.

At the same time, searches were held in four regional headquarters of a politician. January 18-in St. Petersburg and Kaluga. About 10-15 employees of the law enforcement officers came to the St. Petersburg headquarters as a “scene of the incident” and conducted an inspection of the premises, seized equipment, personal belongings and campaign leaflets. According to the staff of the headquarters, in addition to the police, the EC center was also present inside. About three thousand campaign leaflets dedicated to the “voters strike” were seized from the headquarters in Kaluga. On January 19, a search was held at the headquarters of a policy in Tyumen. January 20 - in Pskov. According to the staff of the headquarters, the police calls what is happening "the seizure of materials in the framework of an administrative investigation."

The prospects of rallies

On January 28, in more than 90 cities of Russia, rallies and processions dedicated to the "voter strike" should take place. Navalny has already said that unexpected permits were received in Sochi and Kazan, where "they have never agreed." The politician decided that this was the desire of the authorities to avoid arrests before the elections. However, expected in an authorized event in the center was denied by Moscow and St. Petersburg. As for Moscow, Navalny decided to help the chairman of the Krasnoselsky Council of Deputies Ilya Yashin and submitted an application for Sakharov Avenue. However, both Navalny himself and Yashin were a refusal to propose a rally in Schukino, Lublin or Sokolniki. Navalny said to this that "we would be happy, but only in relation to people is not good, they have the right to rally where we initially wanted."

- What is the goal of going there? Parting in such rallies, first of all, participate in the movement of Navalny, ”Pavlovsky believes. - It is important not the figure, how many people will come. Maybe this is important only to those who will consider them on the heads. This is the All -Russian movement, not the metropolitan project. It is important that these people will be able to declare - the official elections are made without them.
