A member of the Yabloko party was denied premises for holding “What? Where? When?" for children

Officials from the Yeysk administration did not provide premises to the leader of the local branch of the YABLOKO party, Alexander Korovainy, to conduct a children's tour of the game “What? Where? When?". According to Korovayny, they explained the refusal by the fact that he was an oppositionist. “Voice of Kuban” writes about this.

Korovainy told the publication that for the first time he encountered the fact that he was not given a room to hold games:

They explained this by my opposition views and the fact that I am a Yabloko member and not a United Russia member. Although we never had politics at games or training

According to the deputy, he moved the game to the Sicily cafe, however, which later suddenly refused to provide the premises.

“The event was on the verge of collapse, this is one of the largest and most interesting synchronized tournaments for high school students, more than a hundred cities from different countries of the world are playing with us at the same time, and it turns out that the whole world is playing, but Yeisk will not be able to play this tournament,” Korovainy complained. He added that according to the new policy of the regional administration, oppositionists should not participate in events with young people.

Korovainy intends to write a complaint to the International Association of Clubs “What? Where? When?”, to the governor of Kuban and to the administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
