Everyone who has come across bailiffs in Russia knows - they do not work.

To recover something through the bailiffs, even when you went through all instances-a matter of many months or years. (Somehow I was in the bailiff’s office, back in Yekaterinburg; the office was littered with folders; the bailiff ached that he had 11 thousand cases in his production, and he could not deal with everyone. “How then do you decide what to perform?”, I asked naive (it was a lot of years ago). “What they say, I fulfill,” the bailiff answered).

The Meshchansky court of Moscow yesterday made a decision on the liquidation of the PVG Foundation. The resolving part of the decision does not say anything about blocking accounts. At the hearing, the plaintiffs from the Ministry of Justice did not declare such an interim measure (and why: the court went on liquidation, not about debts).

We have not received the decision itself; Our lawyer Zhenya Zamyatin right now in the philistine court, and is trying to get a decision, but they say that it has not yet been made.

But the bailiff Dergach yesterday, on the basis of a decision of the Meshchansky court, decided to block all PVG accounts.

Once again: the decision did not enter into legal force. Moreover, the decision has not yet been made. And the accounts are blocked.
