The fourth section of the Central Ring Road (CRR) around Moscow was supposed to be completed by the end of 2018. Later, President Vladimir Putin pushed the deadline to 2019, but even by this time the project may not be completed. “We will certainly discuss with the grantor the possibility of postponing the construction of this facility,” warned Avtoban Deputy General Director Denis Anisimov in the summer of 2017.

So far, it has only been possible to agree on an extension of the financial closure period: the builders of the Central Ring Road-4 - Avtobahn and RDIF - will have another two months, until the end of March, to find money for the construction of the road, two people close to the negotiations on the project reported this The consortium reached an agreement with Avtodor Group of Companies at the end of December.
