On January 25, the comedy of the British director Armando Iannucci “Death of Stalin” was supposed to go to the Russian rental. But it will not work - at the numerous requests of the workers of the Cultural Front, the Ministry of Culture revoked a rental certificate from the film. The letter of insulted cultural figures claims that the film “contains information that can be regarded as extremist, aimed at humiliating the dignity of the Russian (Soviet) person, propaganda of human inferiority on the basis of his social and nationality,” denigrates the memory “about our citizens who defeated fascism” and insults the state hymn. And, in addition, "the film output on the eve of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Stalingrad is a spit in the face of all those who died there, and all those who still survived."
From the very beginning, it is clear that the scandal has nothing to do with the content of the picture about how foolish Nikita Khrushchev outplayed his terrible opponents and seized power in the country. Yes, the cinema is provocative, the jokes there are hard and not always ridiculous, and the authors relate to the observance of historical reliability, to put it mildly, without trepidation. But this is a comedy, not a documentary for an educational channel.
Actually, the Communists started a scandal last fall. Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party Sergei Obukhov, whom the journalists of the 360 ° television channel Moscow Region then asked about the attitude of the party to Stalin's Death, honestly admitted that he had not seen and did not even hear about it before, but the correct words for the assessment were lightning speed: “The discrediting of the country's leaders, and even more so the supreme commander in the years of the Great Patriotic War, is and this is the belittal of Russia in the role of Russia in the role of Russia in the role of Russia world affairs, ”he said. “If Russia is a successor and victory, and a successor of the USSR, then all these insinuations are another form of psychological war against our country as a whole.” The Communists demanded not to release the comedy, Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky replied: “You just have to ban something. On the contrary, we adhere to another position. We have freedom of speech. " After a few months, there were a reason for locked and the legal mechanism for the implementation of the act of censorship. The letter of the next offended, including the inevitable Nikita Mikhalkov, directors of Borto and the squares, the deputy head of the Duma culture committee Elena Drapeko and even the daughter of Marshal Zhukov, it turns out that it is a sufficient reason to recall the rental certificate.
In the center of modern Russian ideology - worship of the holy authorities. Power is sinless. All - from Vladimir Red Sun, which is a monument to the Kremlin, and to Vladimir Red Sun, who sits in the Kremlin and will sit there for a long time. The bosses are not mistaken. Never. No. And, of course, the authorities simply cannot be funny
In the comedy, taken based on the French comic book, they saw the next act of the information war against Russia (this is almost a direct quote from Yuri Polyakov, the editor -in -chief of the Literary Newspaper). A review of the film in Komsomolskaya Pravda is called "Comedy that Hitler could shoot." The author is Dmitry Steshin, now a singer in the camp of the warriors of Donbass, and in the past - a faithful friend of the killers from the combat organization of Russian nationalists. This, by the way, is both beautiful and logical. Of course, the most famous cinema specialist, deputy Natalya Poklonskaya, spoke out in the country. As usual, it is vaguely: “How good that insight comes! It’s bad that at the wrong time. ” Actors, directors, producers, deputies, historians from proven, thinking in accordance with state ideology, lined up in line to tell how deeply their holy feelings are affected.
It is not surprising - one name is enough to hurt such feelings. The very assumption that the main executioner of Russian history is mortal, for the current statesmen is already offensive.
One can talk for a long time about this non-speaking ideology of the new archaization, about what role varnished ideas about the war and victory plays in it, about how the victory of the USSR over Germany turns into an object of quasi-religious cult and into a universal mandate to substantiate any actions of the current government inside and outside the country. But we focus on the main thing: in the center of modern Russian ideology - worship of the holy authorities. Power is sinless. All - from Vladimir Red Sun, which is a monument to the Kremlin, and to Vladimir Red Sun, who sits in the Kremlin and will sit there for a long time. The bosses are not mistaken. Never. No. And, of course, the authorities simply cannot be ridiculous.
More offensive for all these small-caliber cannibals who, fortunately, have not managed to realize natural makings, that someone can try to make the most important cannibal of the country funny. If he is ridiculous, then, then they are all more so. If he died in a puddle of his own urine, then they - all the more so here is not forever.
This is not just offensive, it is scary. So they scream, creating, by the way, a good advertisement for the film.
