One of the first Novosibirsk cooperators received a contract for the city fair

The city hall of Novosibirsk signed a contract for organizing a large social fair. The only participant in the competition was the company related to the founder of the first perestroika cooperatives and one of the leaders of the political bloc “Third Power”, which gave rise to the political career of Viktor Ignatov.

The city hall announced a competition for a social food fair in the right -bank part of the city. The authorities needed a room with an area of ​​0.8–1.2 thousand square meters. m. on the ground floor of a separate building.

In addition to the fair itself, the building should not have other places where the products are sold. The fair is planned to be placed from February 1 to the end of 2018.

The initial price of the contract amounted to 12.1 million rubles. The only participant in the competition was Dulux Invest LLC, which received an order.

According to the “Contour-Focus”, “Dulux Invest”, Mikhail Kamha heads. The company belongs to him, Yana Kamha and Alexander Prudnikov. The company is registered on the Bolshevik, 131, next to the Stern discounter (Kamha is a co -owner of Stern LLC).

Mikhail Kamha is a famous Novosibirsk businessman. He was a chemist, in 1987 he created the instrument -building cooperative "Analysis". He “stood at the origins” of the first cooperatives of the city, wrote the business media of Novosibirsk.

Kamha is also known as one of the founders of the Third Power political bloc, which nominated candidates for the regional council in 1997. The movement was positioned as an alternative to the teams of the governor Vitaly Mukha and the mayor of Victor Tolokonsky. For example, Nikolai Mochalin, Andrey Gudovsky, Viktor Medvedko and Viktor Ignatov passed from the bloc to the regional parliament. Kamha himself, however, was lost by the district, as well as Mikhail Abyzov, who later ranked from the “third force”, who later became the Federal Minister of the Open Government.
