Koltsovo will receive 40 million for improvement

Koltsovo’s science will receive 40.6 million rubles from the federal and regional budgets for the development of the scientific and production complex. The authorities want to repair schools, kindergarten and modernize the electric networks.

Acting Governor Andrei Travnikov signed an appropriate order of the government, his press service said on January 24.

“Funds are provided for the development of the Koltsovo scientific and production complex, as well as the preservation and development of science-hack infrastructure, measures contributing to the implementation of innovative projects aimed at creating and developing the production of high-tech industrial products,” the regional administration said.

The list of measures approved by order of the Government included: the construction of the central distribution point for electric networks, the repair of the Rainbow kindergarten, the Biotechnology Lyceum No. 21, school No. 5, and the modernization of the Fasad MBU.

In addition, the money will go to the project “Clouding of the Koltsovo Science City” and the support of events in the field of biopharmaceuticals and biotechnology “Open Openbio Communications”.
