The meeting took place from morning until late in the evening. The prosecutor Maria Dyatlova said that the “irrefutable set of evidence” testifies to the fault of the whites. So. According to her, the governor received in 2012-2016 from businessmen Albert Laritsky and Yuri Zudgaymer as bribes of 600 thousand euros. He allegedly took the money for the inclusion of the Novovytsk Ski plant and the company "Legokhoz" (they alternately owned Laritsky and Zudgimer) in the list of priority investment projects, as well as for allocating land at a preferential rate and "general patronage".

The prosecutor called the arguments and arguments of the defendant "unfounded." So, according to her, the defendant tried to “discredit” one of the main witnesses of the prosecution - his first deputy Sergei Shcherchkov. The whites said that he just took 200 thousand euros from Laritsky for himself, and then stated that he was supposedly for the governor. According to Dyatlova, the whites simply want to “discredit” the witness, “speaking of the trouble -free drunkenness and material problems of Shocherchkov”.

- This is such a way of protecting the defendant and the desire to evade responsibility.

The “mockery” Dyatlova called the white explanations according to the second episode - receiving 400 thousand euros from Zudgaymer. Immediately after the detention and later the whites set out two "mutually exclusive versions." After the detention - that he was aware that he received the money in the package, but insisted that he planned to spend it on the needs of the city. Later, at the investigation, he stated that he did not know that in the bag the money (the defense asked to exclude the initial testimony of the whites, since he gave them without a lawyer).

As for Zudgaimer, the prosecutor said that the German businessman filed a statement in the FSB of extortion, "since he no longer had the strength to pay bribes under the guise of charity."

- The testimony of Zudgaimer at the investigation and in court was consistent. Personally, I believe the testimony of Zudgaimer, ”said the prosecutor. “Personally” she believed in the testimony of Laritsky and Shocherchkov and asked the court to “critically” take the testimony of all defense witnesses, including Evgeny Yasin and Andrei Nechaev.

In addition, referring to the certificates of the operational service of the 9th department of the FSB, the prosecutor said that, already in the pre-trial detention center, “the whites tried to artificially create Alibi for himself”: “he hoped to convince the public that his business was political in nature” and later he plans to contact the ECHR. The prosecutor called this "opposition to the investigation."

“Of course, my syllable is far, in particular, from the journalist of Novaya Gazeta Sukhotin. But I was not based on information from the Internet, but on the case materials and testimonies that spoke in court, ”the prosecutor and the performance in the court of Andrei Sukhotin, who could stand the criminal prosecution of the whites and what role, Zudgimer played in court, could not but bypass. Dyatlova insisted that the version of the preliminary conspiracy of Zudgaymer with the FSB was not confirmed. And operational-search measures regarding the whites were "carried out without violations." “And there are no reliable data on the perfect provocation,” Dyatlova concluded, having in mind the words of the defense that the 9th management of the FSB and General Oleg Feoktistov was engaged in the development of the case against the whites (Vasyuchenko had previously refused him to court).

The prosecutor Svetlana Tarasova spoke with the expression about the personality of the whites. He was not a lot of ascetic, he spent a lot, he loved expensive cigars and wine, supported his ex -wife and three children, paid for his eldest son’s training in England, and also “on a permanent basis provided material assistance to women with whom he was in close relations.”

“One gets the impression that white, like a shield, is trying to hide in the version of charity,” the state prosecutor summed up.

Bottom line: the whites committed a “especially serious crime against state power and“ blown up ”its“ authority ”. Correction is possible only in conditions of isolation from society.

By the aggregate of committed crimes, the final punishment is 10 years in prison in a strict colony with a fine of 100 million rubles.

Lawyer Andrei Grokhotov asked the court to justify the whites, noting that Zudgaimer had a serious motive for a reservation. And the reason was the actions of Laritsky, who abducted the money from Zudheimer and at the same time wrote a statement, after which he was detained for a while. Zudheimer was sure that the whites were closely connected with Laritsky and "decided to cynically use the whites to take revenge on Laritsky."

The lawyer noted that at the end of 2017 the Laritsky himself sent a statement to the defense of the White that the testimony that he gave in the investigation and in court "did not differ in truthfulness." However, the court refused to attach this statement.

In addition, Grohotov recalled that the provocation in relation to the whites was prepared in the spring of 2016 “as an indicative planting of governors”, as evidenced by the whites who were received even before the detention of operational references from the FSB.

And he took from Zudgaimer, but only for charity: for repair of fountains, the installation of monuments and, in general, for the improvement of the city before the elections to the Legislative Assembly of the region, municipalities and the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

- I did not promise, and Zudgimer did not ask me to provide assistance on tax audits or investment projects. In our conversations, there was never even a hint that I or my loved ones can have at least some benefits from Zudgaymer,-Belykh emphasized that I did not promise the “general protection” of the businessman, Zudgimer, according to him, voluntarily agreed to help the city with money “without any conditions and bindings”.

- I did not take the money from Laritsky through Shcherchkov. I did not extort money from Zudheimer, I had a conversation with him about them, like dozens of other businessmen. My mistake is that I agreed to cash. But you understand, when your deadlines are burning, the elections are on your nose, and every day they report that there is not enough fountain, you don’t think especially here. But I know for sure that I never pursued selfish goals at work and did everything for the good of the region. I ask you to justify me.
