Myths are the truth about the dangers of screens, endless devices to combat computer visual syndrome create a huge market, which is not easy to figure out. The ophthalmologist of the clinic of Medicine OJSC Armine Gevorkyan explained what exactly was tiring her eyes, what means are needed, and which are just marketing tricks.

How do screens affect the eyes and what is a spasm of accommodation?
