The rector of the St. Petersburg Mining University, Vladimir Litvinenko, under whose leadership was defended by a dissertation by Russian President Vladimir Putin, in September 2017 filed a lawsuit to protect the honor, dignity and business reputation for the publication of Business Petersburg (DP) and the organization of Transparency International.
