The police detained Olga Kartavtseva, coordinator of the Navalny headquarters in Omsk. It is charged with Article 5.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - the manufacture, distribution of or placement of campaign materials in violation of the law. This was reported on the page of the Politics team in VKontakte.

Kartavtsev was taken to the Department of Internal Affairs No. 4. As activists write, the police claims that she did not detain the coordinator. However, a woman is not released from the site.
