Shishkin is suspected of part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code (participation in the terrorist community; from 5 to 10 years in prison).

When the journalists tried to go into the building, they were detained by the police. They explained to reporters that the security officer allegedly wrote a statement about illegal penetration to the protected object. According to the correspondents, after the trial they were roughly pushed into a service car. In the police department, they made protocols for "obscene abuse" and fined 500 rubles each.

Shishkin's friend said that the suspect was greatly beaten. Under the eyes of the anti -fascist bruises, the face is wrapped in a downward downward hood, a black mask on his mouth.

On Friday Shishkin was detained by the FSB officers and took away in an unknown direction. The activist was seized when he walked with the dog. On Friday, Filinkov announced torture by which he was subjected to FSB officers after being detained on Wednesday. Members of the city public observation commission visited him in SIZO-3 saw at Filinkov the numerous traces of burns from a stuncher on the entire surface of the chest and along the entire surface of the right thigh, as well as hematoma on the right ankle. In addition, human rights activists noticed a hat with traces of blood - the FSB workers erased the blood with Filinkov with a headdress. The activist also had red traces of handcuffs in his hands.

The political prisoner told human rights activists that the FSB officers detained him at Pulkovo Airport, from where he was going to fly to Kyiv, put him in a car, where they began to torture with a stamp. The activist was taken to the OP "Krasnogvardeisky", and from there to hospital No. 26. From the hospital the anti -fascist was taken to the forest, where he was beaten by certain people in masks for about five hours. At first, they sought consent from Filinkov to give conference, and then, when he agreed, they achieved the activist to learn the exact formulations. Filinkov was threatened that in case of refusal, beating would become "a light version of what would happen." After torture, the activist said, he was brought to the city UFSB, where he gave the learned "testimony". At this time, the anti -fascist was threatened that if in court he refuses to testify, in a pre -trial detention center he would be put in the cell for patients with tuberculosis.

The acquaintance of Filinkov at work by an industrial climber Ilya Kapustin also stated about torture. According to him, he called the anarchist with a proposal for work "at about the same time when he was detained." After that, Kapustin was seized in a car, where they were tortured by a stamp. "They beat me with an electric shock from a stun for a groin area or from the side of the abdomen. They beat me with an electric shock to say that this or that friend of mine is going to arrange something dangerous," Kapustin said. He spent about four hours in the car, from half past ten in the evening until half past two in the morning. “They tortured me for so long that it was already completely unbearable,” Kapustin said.

Then Kapustina was taken for interrogation, and after the FSB officers searched his apartment, having seized a computer, a telephone and a hard drive. After the search, Kapustin took off his beatings and received a certificate in the emergency room.

Investigative actions were carried out by the decision of the Penza court. According to the OVD-Info, in October last year, six left activists were detained in Penza. One of them, Arman Sagynbaev, lived in St. Petersburg for a while. The detainees were accused of participating in a certain terrorist community.
