They noted that the center employee issued the documents "without unnecessary questions without changing in the person."

The MFC refuted this information and stated that they did not have the authority to put stamps about marriage to the passports. At the same time, they clarified that experts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the departments of which are located on the territory of some public services centers, can recognize the marriage.
