In Moscow, near the Avtozavodskaya metro station, two members of the #NewWay movement, who participated in a series of solo pickets, were detained. This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline by activists of the movement.
One of the detainees - Dmitry Ulyanov, he stood with a poster "Russia will be free." The activist was taken to the police department in the Danilovsky district. The police said they were checking his poster for extremism.
Another participant in the movement was detained when he was distributing leaflets in the same area.
UPD: Dmitry Ulyanov was released from the police. Another detainee was brought to the same department. The associates of the activist said that he was a minor.
UPD2 (17:56): Leaflets were confiscated from a minor participant in the movement. He was released from the police after the arrival of his parents.
